Return & Refund Policy

At Mamuli by Rambu, we take great care in creating and preparing our products. We hope you love your purchase, but if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at mamulibyrambu@gmail.com

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect colour selection, or other personal preferences.

Please contact us at mamulibyrambu@gmail.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue so that we can assess the situation.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Sale Items

All sale, discounted, and final-sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once an approved returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Mamuli by Rambu or where otherwise required by applicable law.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not refundable by Mamuli by Rambu.
